What to Bring & Regulations
Clothing: Long-sleeve lycra shirt and athletic pants (yes, you will get fully wet!).
Footwear: Trail running shoes or hiking boots with excellent grip (no sandals, no thin water shoes).
For after the tour: A full change of clothes and a towel.
Hydration & Snacks: The park has strict food regulations. Visitors are only allowed to bring chocolates, energy bars, and water. We highly recommend bringing at least 2 liters of water per participant.
