Event Balance: 100% of the total reservation value must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to your scheduled trip date.

Date Changes

Administrative Fee: Any request to reschedule or change your trip date will incur an administrative fee of $500 MXN per person.

Change Window: The absolute deadline to request any date change is 7 days prior to the event. After this period, no modifications or rescheduling can be made due to operational costs already incurred.

VIP Tours

Exclusive groups for 1 to 4 people available for an additional fee. Personalized attention dedicated only to your party, any day of the week.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations and refunds are strictly not accepted under any circumstances. Date changes are only permitted if Civil Protection officially closes the destination. You may reschedule your trip for any available date up to one year from the original booking.
